Your gas prices are up because of a war you never voted for.

You're paying for it at the pump and on your paycheck.

The problem

Two bills. You're paying both.

Bill #1

At the pump

You pay $4.41 a gallon now, up from $2.98 before the war in Iran. Diesel, which moves your groceries, jumped even more.

Bill #2

On your paycheck

Billions of your tax dollars go to weapons for Israel's war in Gaza, and you never got a vote.

No taxation without representation.

Article I, Section 8 gives the power to declare war to Congress, the people you elect. Not to a president, and not to a foreign government's wish list.

The U.S. Constitution
What you should expect

Limited government. Unlimited accountability.

01

You get a vote on war

The Constitution gives that power to Congress, the people you elect. Make them use it.

02

You keep more of your money

Your paycheck and your gas budget should come before wars overseas.

03

You see the receipts

Every dollar of yours sent abroad should be public, audited and justified.

04

No blank checks on your dime

Your money shouldn't fund weapons used in Gaza's humanitarian catastrophe.

How we figured this out

Gas: We compare today's AAA average price in your state with a "no-war" price estimated by Brown University's Iran War Energy Cost Tracker, then multiply the daily gap by the gallons you use (miles ÷ mpg), from Feb. 28, 2026 to today. Their inputs come from AAA, the U.S. Energy Information Administration and the Census Bureau. It's an estimate, not a receipt.

Taxes: Not My Tax Dollars estimates about $79.75 per taxpayer per year goes to weapons funding for Israel (about $12 billion in 2025). We multiply by the adults you pick. Your real share depends on your income.

Prices are state averages, so your city name is only used to personalize the result and to suggest places as you type. If live prices can't load, we use national averages.
